Habitat for Humanity LA Build Needs Volunteers
serveLA and Mosaic are teaming up to build a house in Los Angeles with Habitat for Humanity in 2010. We are in the process of raising $150,000 it takes to build the house. We need volunteers to help build!
Please read information that follows to get involved
Build Dates: Normal build dates usually occur on the first Saturday of the month and then the following Tuesday and Wednesday. Please check the website regularly for updated build dates.
Saturday build days are divided into a morning (8am)and afternoon shift (12 noon)
For mid-week build days we would like volunteers to sign up for the whole day if possible (8:00am-3:00pm).

Signing up to volunteer for Construction days
Volunteers should:
1. RSVP to mushegan1@roadrunner.com Please indicate the day and time desired
2. Receive a CONFIRMATION – stating that their space has been reserved for that day and time. Once confirmed, please try not to cancel.

4237 Imperial Highway, Lynnwood, CA 90262 (just west of the intersection of the 710 and Imperial Highway on Imperial Hwy.)
Parking
On Saturday build days, there should be additional parking in the school lot located across the street. For mid week build days, only street parking will be available. Please check parking, no parking, and street sweeping signs carefully.
Water and Lunch Normally volunteers should bring their own refillable water containers and their own lunch. Lunch break usually occurs at 11:30am.
