Help Distribute Coats 12.22.09
I wanted to invite all of you serveLA folks to participate tomorrow night (Tuesday the 22nd) when we gather together to distribute all the amazing coats that were donated by Mosaic and serveLA volunteers in the past month to our friends at the Union Station Foundation Family Center and the Adult Center in Pasadena.
Here is the drill:
At 5pm Tuesday, we will meet at 1439 Howard Street in Pasadena at Mott Hall (where Pasadena Mosaic 9:30 service is held.)
We will collect the coats and pile them into our cars then head over to the Family Center to distribute during dinner to the families there. In addition to the coat distribution, we will also spend some time singing Christmas Carols together with the families there.
If you can’t make it to Mott, meet us at the Family Center at 6pm
6pm Family Center address: 825 E. Orange Grove Boulevard, Pasadena CA
After a bit of time spent there, we will head to the Adult Center, also in Pasadena – scheduled to arrive at 8pm, where we will distribute coats and sing carols with our friends there while they eat dinner.
8pm Adult Center: 412 S. Raymond Avenue, Pasadena, CA
Please join us if you can to celebrate our growing friendships with these organizations and the individuals they serve in our community. We would love to have you there to celebrate and see the distribution of the donations you have made so generously this season.
