Jenesse Transitional Residences
Join us at Jenesse transitional residences in the Crenshaw area in providing arts activities to families who are survivors of domestic violence.
Currently, we are doing arts & crafts activities, but we welcome artists of other discipline to provide a wider variety of creative experiences–dance, writing/poetry, drama, etc.
At Site A, there are moms and small children pre-K to grade school.
At Site B, there are moms, a dad, and infants to grade school kids–if there are more volunteers, we can divide up the groups by age, but with limited number of volunteers, we’re limiting the workshop to only grade school children (about 4-5 kids) for now.
Site A: 2nd Mondays, 6:30-7:30 pm
Site B: 4th Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 pm
